Helping teenagers and adults heal their relationship with food, their body and themselves through specialised online therapy and clinical nutrition.

How we can help

Individual Therapy

Compassionate, personalised therapy using CBT-E and other evidence-based approaches to support recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns

and anxiety.

Body Image Support

Move away from self-criticism, body dissatisfaction and comparison. Build compassion, greater self-esteem, confidence and trust in yourself.

Clinical Nutrition

Evidence-based nutrition support to help restore regular eating patterns, reduce food anxiety and rebuild a balanced, sustainable relationship with food while supporting your overall wellbeing.

Expert care from wherever you are, that fits into your life.

Every service is offered virtually to clients Australia-wide and delivered securely via Telehealth. Online therapy offers the same access to evidence-based treatment and eating disorder support while removing many of the barriers that stop people from reaching out. Allowing specialised care from the comfort, privacy and convenience of your own home.

Specialised Eating Disorder and Anxiety Therapy

Through a Compassionate, Neuroaffirming Lens

At The Feel Better Practice, we bring together psychotherapy, counselling and clinical nutrition to support the emotional, behavioural and physical aspects of meaningful change and recovery.

Specialising in eating disorders, disordered eating, weight and body image concerns and anxiety we work to explore and help individuals understand the deeper patterns beneath food struggles, emotional eating, perfectionism, overwhelm and self-criticism.

Each session takes an evidence-based, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach and is personalised to meet the unique needs of teenagers, adults and families.
At The Feel Better Practice, we believe specialist support should be accessible. That's why every therapy and nutrition appointment is offered online, allowing you access to flexible and confidential care wherever you are in Australia.

Supporting Someone With an Eating Disorder?

Parents and carers play an important role in recovery, however it can also feel overwhelming, confusing and emotionally exhausting for everyone involved, even the support system.

Dedicated parent support sessions provide practical guidance, education and emotional support to help parents and carers confidently navigate eating disorder recovery, reduce conflict around food and better support their loved ones experience.
